摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持与鼻咽癌患者生活质量的关系，采取相应的护理干预。方法通过对110例住院鼻咽癌患者所获得的社会支持、生活质量进行问卷调查，分析鼻咽癌患者的社会支持与其生活质量的相关性。结果鼻咽癌患者社会支持与生活质量呈正性相关关系（r=0．416 P〈0．05）。结论社会支持与鼻咽癌患者的生活质量密切相关，护理过程中重视利用社会支持，可改善护理效果、提高鼻咽癌患者的生活质量。Objective To study the relationship between social support and quality of life（QL） in nasopharynx cancer patients and search for better corresponding nursing strategies. Methods Investigating social support state in llO cancer patients, analyzing the relationship between social support score and QL. Results Social support score of nasopharynx cancer patients was closely related to the QL score （r=0.416, P〈O. O5）.Conclusion Social support was closely related to QL in nasopharynx cancer patients. Nurses may help the cancer patients improve their QL by means of paying more attention to their social support.
