超激光并泰宝痛消灵治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察超激光并泰宝痛消灵治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 把临床确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者90例，随机分成两组，每组45例，1组（激光组）在做完超激光治疗后，即用泰宝消灵直接贴敷于患处进行治疗，2组（对照组）在做完腰椎牵引后，再做传统的推拿治疗，均在治疗后的第10天进行疗效判定。结果 1组痊愈31例（68．9％）显效8例（17．8％），有效4例（8．9％），无效2例（4．4％），总有效率为95．6％。2组痊愈22例（48．9％）显效12例（26．6％），有效3例（6．7％），无效8例（17．8％），总有效率为82．2％。两组相比差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论 超激光并泰宝痛消灵治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，值得临床推广。Objective Observation acupuncture and moxibu stion massage treatment clinical effect. Method 90 patients who met the Overprolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc, were allocated 45cases into 2 groups at random, lth group （treated with Super Lizer HA-550） treated with Super Lizer combined with taibao tongxiaoling. 2th group treated with tradition tuina, after treatment of traction of lumbar. Analyze were make 10 days after treatment. Result In 1 group, there were 31 examples cured （68.9%）,8 ones marldy effectively cured （17.8%）, while 4 ones effectively （8.9%）, and 2 ineffective ones （8.0%）, total effective rate is 82.2%. In 2 group, there were 22 examples cured （48.9%）,12 ones marldy effectively cured （26.6%% while 3 ones effectively （8.9%）, and 2 ineffective ones （8.0%）,total effective rate is 82.2%. There is great difference between them （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Treatment of Super Lizer combined with taibao tongxiaoling on Overprolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc is preferably effective
