先天性双孔二尖瓣畸形的超声诊断

摘　　要：目的 应用彩色多普勒超声心动图研究双孔二尖瓣畸形的特点。方法 采用HDI3500超声诊断仪，对三例年龄为35～64岁的男性患者进行超声心动图检查。结果 左室短轴见二尖瓣口呈“眼镜样”双孔改变，每一孔口的腱索均附着到一组乳头肌上，心尖四腔观见两组瓣叶同时开放和关闭。彩色多普勒显示舒张期两股彩色血流自二尖瓣两个孔分别返流入左房。结论 超声心动图是诊断双孔二尖瓣畸形的可靠方法。Objective To observe the morphological features of double orifice mitral valve by echocardiogra-phy. Methods Uses the HDI3500 ultrasound diagnosis meter, the three patients from 35 to 64 years were studied. Results Echocardiographic findings as follow： spectacles-like mitral orifice was seen in short axis of mitral orifice, two groups of mitral valve were seen in apex four chamber view, color Doppler showed two coler transmittal flow from left ventricle into left atrium. Conclusion E-chocardiographic findings are noninvasive and reliable evidence in judging double orifice mitral valve.
