摘  要:采用微絮凝-变孔隙直接过滤工艺对印染废水处理站的二级出水进行了深度处理,研究滤料粒径、絮凝剂种类、投加量等因素对过滤效果的影响。试验结果表明,当进水浊度、色度、COD的平均值分别为12.1NTU、40倍、55mg/L时,出水浊度、色度、COD、的平均值分别为0.16NTU、6倍、21mg/L,去除率依次为98.8%、85%、61.8%。由于变孔隙结构等原因,该系统具有用药量省、阻力损失小、出水量大及整床过滤效能好等优点。The new process of direct filtration by micro-flocculation/porosity-variation/deep-bed has been applied to treat dyeing wastewater, The effect of some factors on filtering characteristics was studied, these factors include diameter of filter medium, sort and quantity of flocculent etc, The experimental results showed that with the average values of turbidity, color and COD of inflow are 12.1 NTU,40,55 mg/L, that of outflow are 0,16 NTU,6,21 mg/L, removal receptivity 98.8 %,85 %,61.8 %. It is found from the experiment that the system has the advantages of saving on quantity of chemicals, reducing loss of resistance, augmenting quantity of effluent water and having fine filtering efficiency of the whole bed under the same quality of effluent water
