摘　　要：Apelin是一种较新的心血管活性调节物质,具有扩血管、降血压、提高心肌收缩力等效应,心房纤颤是临床上十分常见的心律失常,有关Apelin与心房纤颤关系的报道较少。现就Apelin与心房纤颤的关系研究进行综述,探讨Apelin在心房纤颤患者中的作用机制。Apelin is a new peptide with cardiovascular activity, which may relax vessels, decrease blood pressure, and increase cardiac contractility. Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmia. There is few report about the relation between Apelin and atrial fibrillation. This article reviewed the relationship between Apelin and atrial fibrillation as well as its mechanism.
