足月妊娠引产药物的临床分析

摘　　要：探讨合理使用理想的促宫颈成熟药物。逐个分析几种药物的临床应用,理想的使用于足月妊娠引产促宫颈成熟药物,应该是与宫颈自然成熟过程相仿,不会引起子宫收缩及过度刺激,也不引起胎膜破裂,不影响子宫的血流量,不影响胎儿-胎盘单位和将来的妊娠。结果表明,前列腺素类及催产素药物是目前最有效首选的促宫颈成熟药物,但要严格掌握适应证、禁忌证、实用方法和药物剂量。To debate rational application of drugs promoting cervical mature. Clinical application of these drugs were analyzed one by one. The ideal application of these drugs should imitate the natural mature processes of cervix, can not result in uterus contraction and excessive stimulation as well as rupture of membranes, can not affect fetus - placenta unit and the future pregnancy. Results showed that prostanoid durgs and Oxytocin is the first choice in promoting cervix mature. But their indication, contradiction, application method and the drug dosage should be strictly controlled
