自锁型带锁髓内钉的临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价自锁型带锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨、胫腓骨骨折的临床效果。方法采用自锁型带锁髓内针治疗骨折78例,均采用自锁型带锁髓内钉治疗。结果经3个月至3年随访,未发现有骨折移位,主钉及锁钉弯曲、变形、断裂等现象。髋、膝、踝关节活动正常。X线片显示骨折延迟愈合2例,不愈合2例,其余均显示折线模糊或有连续骨痂,内固定器位置正常。结论自锁型带锁髓内针具有切口少,操作简便,固定安全可靠等优点,同时无须C臂X光机,能早期功能锻炼,较传统带锁髓内针具有明显的优势,值得临床推广。Objectlve To estimate the clinical results of serf-locking intramedullary nail in treatment of femoral and tihial shaft fractures. Methods 43 cases with femoral and 35 with tihiofibular fractures were treated with self-locking intramedullary nail,of which are 49 male and 29 female. Results All cases were achieved succes.4ully. The cuts of 71 ？ cases healed up in early stage while those of 7 cases with open fracture and tension-reducing did later. Such situation as the mobility of fracture？ with curved,deformed and broken nails have not been found. All cases followed up for 3 - 36 months got normal hip,knee and ankle functions. The consecutive bone shell were displayed by X-my in most cases,in？ which healed up later and failed are 2 respectively. Conclusion Serf-locking intramedullary nail is worth spread up clinically for less trauma.convenient operation、rigid and safe fixation,which has advantages over traditional nail tremendously,in addition to no need for X-ray medicine with C-form and functional exercises in early stage.
