摘  要:以陆两优996为供试材料,研究了水育秧、旱育秧、软盘育秧3种育秧方式对其秧苗素质及产量性状的影响.结果表明,水育秧的秧苗素质表现出较强的生长优势,出叶速度快,植株高大,茎基部较粗,单株干物质积累多,功能叶叶绿素含量和根系活力也较高,其次为旱育秧,软盘育秧最差;理论产量以水育秧最高,比旱育秧、软盘育秧分别增产10.7%,11.6%.综合秧苗素质和产量性状看,陆两优996最适合的育秧方式是水育秧,其秧苗素质好,产量高.A comparative experiment on wetland seedlings raised on beds(WSB), dryland seedlings raised on beds(DSB)and dryland seedlings on plastic trays(DSPT) was conducted to study the influences of different seedling-raising ways on seedling quality and yield character of variety ,Luliangyou996 ,with itself used as experimental material. The results showed that the seedling quality of WSB came in the first with a more vigorous growth, a higher speed of leaf growth, a higher height of seedlings, a wider base stem, a higher dry matter weight and a higher chlorophyll content and root activity, DSB and DSPT were lower in order; the theroretical yield of WSB was the highest, 10.7% higher than DSB, 11.6% higher than DSPT respectively. Based on seedling quality and yield character, the most suitable seedling-raising ways for Luliangyou996 was WSB, due to its higher seedling quality and yield.
