摘　　要：为探明蓝鳃太阳鱼胚胎发育规律,采用人工干法授精,在溶氧充足的静水孵化条件下获得不同发育阶段的胚胎细胞,利用双筒Olympus解剖镜对受精卵的发育过程进行了连续的观察,并记录和描述其发育过程和时间.蓝鳃太阳鱼的卵呈圆球形,金黄色,具粘性;未吸水卵的卵径为1.01～1.33mm,平均为1.16mm,吸水后卵径膨胀到1.42～1.81mm,平均为1.62mm;在水温为(26±1)℃的条件下,50%受精卵经34h后孵化出膜;受精卵在2.2h进入二细胞期,7h进入囊胚阶段,9.9h进入原肠胚阶段,13.2h进入神经胚期,34h50%的仔鱼出膜,初孵仔鱼全长2～3mm.In order to study the regularities of early development of Lepomis macrochius, the embryo cells of dissimilar development stage were acquired under the condition of artificial propagation and abundant oxygen in standarded water.The embryonic development of fertilized eggs were observed continuously with the double-tube Olympus anatomicallens,and their development process and time were described and recorded.The eggs of the Lepomis macrochius are spherical, golden and sticky.The diameter of the eggs before absorbing water ranged from 1.01-1.33 mm, 1.16 mm on average. They inflated to 1.42-1.81 mm after absorbing water, 1.62 mm on average.50% fertilized eggs were hatched out after 34 hours of hatching with water temperature（26 ± 1）℃, the fertilized eggs entered the two -cell stage after 2.2 h, the blastula stage after 7 h, the gastrula stage after 9.9 h, the embryos stage after 13.2 h, the tail-bud stage after 34 h.50% of newly--hatched larvae of Lepomis macrochius began to break the egg membrane and came out.The total length of each newly hatched fry was 2-3 mm.
