摘 要:采用二次阳极氧化法制备多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板,通过溶胶-凝胶模板法在AAO模板的孔洞中制得SrTiO3纳米线,用XRD,EDS,SEM,TEM和SAED对纳米线的结构、成分和形貌进行表征.结果表明:AAO模板孔洞相互平行,孔径大小均一,所得纳米线长约13μm,直径约70nm,含有Al,O,Sr,Ti4种元素,为立方相多晶结构.Porous anodic aluminium oxide (AAO) template was fabricated by two-step anodization, and highly ordered SrTiO3 nanowires were prepared within the pores of AAO template via sol-gel template method. The structure, compositions and morphology of SrTiO3 nanowires obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and selected area electronic diffraction (SAED). The results show that the pores of the AAO template are parallel to each other with similar length of diameter containing four elements : Al, O, Sr, Ti 4 . Moreover, the length and diameter of the nanowires are 13 μm and 70 nm, respectively. The prepared SrTiO3 nanowires belong to cubic system and polycrystalline structure.
