摘　　要：目的:了解我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用现状及趋势。方法:对我院2004～2006年麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:我院麻醉性镇痛药用量呈逐年上升趋势,盐酸吗啡注射液和盐酸吗啡片尤为显著;吗啡制剂的处方数量连续3年稳居榜首。结论:我院麻醉性镇痛药使用趋于合理,但仍需进一步加强监管。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and the developing tendency of the use of narcotic analgesics in our hosptial. METHODS： The use of narcotic in our hosptias between 2004 and 2006 was analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： The consumption of narcotic drugs especially that of morphine hydrochloride injection and morphine tablets increased year by year, with morphine preparations dominating the first place over the 3 years. CONCLUSION： The consumption of narcotic analgesics is basically rational in our hospital, but it is necessary to tight control on its use.
