摘　　要：依照国标化学品毒性鉴定和农药登记毒理学试验的相关规则,试验评价了吉祥草(RC)75μm原粉亚慢性经口毒性。试验结果表明:RC原粉剂量达到100mg/(kg·d)时,对大鼠的CHO、GLU、ALP和脾脏系数等观测指标产生明显影响,且有良好剂量–反应关系;当剂量达到1000mg/(kg·d)时,对大鼠的BUN、肺和肾脏系数产生明显影响。RC75μm原粉对大鼠亚慢性经口毒性试验的最大无作用剂量为10mg/(kg·d)。The sub-chronic oral toxicity of 75 μm RC powder was evaluated, according to the related rules in the state standard of PRC specified toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration and the chemicals toxicity evaluation. The results of test： with dose up to 100 mg/（kg·d）, RC powder can obviously affect the investigation index of rats, such as CHO, GLU, ALP and spleen indexes, also have a significant dose-response relationship. It can evidently infect the rats＇ BUN, lung and kidney index, as the dose is up to 1000 mg/（kg·d）. The most adiaphorous dose of RC powder is 10 mg/（kg·d） in sub-chronic oral toxicity test of rats.
