摘 要:研究了二硫氢基甲烷、福美双、苗病清及甲霜灵4种内吸性杀菌剂对水稻苗期立枯病的室内防效,处理后再接种水稻立枯病病原菌主要寄主防御反应酶系POD、PPO、SOD、PAL及可溶性蛋白PRO活性的动态变化。结果表明:苗病清、甲霜灵、福美双及二硫氢基甲烷4种内吸性杀菌剂的相对防效分别达到了80.57%、79.53%、67.63%及60.53%。接种病原菌后幼苗根部的POD、PAL、PPO及SOD活性均高于对照,PRO活性显著增加。各防御酶中经苗病清诱导处理后其诱导效果最显著,其次分别为甲霜灵、福美双、二硫氢基甲烷。Research of four grow systemic fungicides methylene dithiocyanate, thiram, Miaobingqing and metalaxyl to seedling damping-off indoor-efficiency of the rice seedlings. After treated the root of the rice seeding blight pathogens Fusarium oxysporum main host response enzymes of POD, PAL, PPO and SOD and soluble protein PRO activities of dynamic change. The result shows that : four grow systemic fungicides methylene dithiocyanate, thiram, Miaobingqing and metalaxyl by the four types of systemic fungicides, and the relatively control effective reached to 80.57%, 79.53%, 67.63% and 60.53%. After the pathogen inoculation, activities of POD, PAL, PPO and SOD of root seedlings were higher than that of the control, PRO was significant increased in activities. The research shows that the defense enzyme increased significantly after treated by Miaobingqing, nest metalaxyl, thiram and methylene dithiocyanate.
