创新业余党校建 设加强高职院校党建工作——以嘉兴职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：随着我国高职院校和学生数量的迅速增加,高职院校党建工作面临重大挑战。为了更好地发挥业余党校的教育功能,应坚持"双质"并重育人才,确立业余党校的重要地位;"双严"齐施树形象,打响业余党校的特色品牌;"双改"同进求深化,提升业余党校的教育质量;"双创"共抓增活力,丰富业余党校的教学形式。With the rapid increase of the number vocational colleges as well as students, the Party- building work in colleges is faced with great challenge. In order to bring the educational function of the spare - time Party school into full play, we should adhere to the principles of focusing on educating people with ＂double qualities＂ to establish the Party school＇s important status; setting up the image with ＂double strlctnesses＂ to popularize the brand of spare- time Party school; deepening the work with ＂double reforms＂ to highlight the quality of spare--time Party school; activating the liveliness with ＂double innovations＂ to enrich the teaching forms of the spare - time Party school.
