摘　　要：以水库移民安置的政策目标为原则,构建出了一套较为符合水库移民要求的移民生活质量评价体系.在此基础上,利用表现度函数对定性指标和定量指标进行了预处理,采用了模糊一致判断矩阵来计算指标的权重,较为妥善地解决了判断矩阵的一致性问题.最后从模式识别的观点出发,提出了水库移民生活质量的评价方法.Using the arrangement policies of reservoir settlement as the goal, the evaluation index system of the quality of the reservoir resettlement＇s life is structured. Based on the system, the qualitative and quantitative indexes are standardized with expressivity function, which makes the standardization results meet the practical demand better. And then the fuzzy consistent judgment matrix is uesd to calculate the weight of the index. It can deel with the consistency problem of judgment martix easily. Finally,in light of fuzzy recognition,the comprehensive evaluation method of the quality of the reservoir resettlement＇ s life is given.
