摘　　要：目的提高硅凝胶膜瘢痕贴的临床治疗效果。方法制备醋丙甲泼尼松龙曲尼斯特硅凝胶膜,按照药典要求进行相关指标检测。结果建立了高效液相色谱法,药膜体外释放度试验结果符合药典要求。结论醋丙甲泼尼松龙曲尼斯特硅凝胶膜的理化指标达到药典要求,筛选出了药物最佳的组合浓度。Objective To research the silica gel including methylprednisolone aceponate and tranilast, and to detect the relative indexes for improving the clinical therapeutic efficacy of the silica gel, Methods After making out such silica gel, the relative indexes were detected according to pharmacopeia. Results Through the estabishment of HPLC method, in vitro release of the silica gel was in coincidence with pharmacopeia. Conclusion Such silica gel rearches the physical and chemical require of pharmacopeia. The optimal combination drug levels are screened out.
