高效液相色谱法测定复方清肝胶囊中栀子苷含量

摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复方清肝胶囊的栀子苷含量方法。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长238nm。结果进样量与峰面积的线性范围为0.18～0.42μg,r=0.9999鸦97.95%,RSD=0.9%(n=9)。结论HPLC法能有效控制复方清肝胶囊的质量,操作简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of gardenoside in Compound Qinggan Capsule. Methods To use Agilent C18 column with acetonitrile-water（15：85）as the mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 238nm. Results The linear relation of the peak area of gardenoside was 0.18-0.42μg, r=0.9999. The average recovery rate was 97.95%, RSD=0.9% （n=9）. Conclusion HPLC method is simple, accurate and sensitive, h can be used for controlling the quality of Compound Qinggan Capsule.
