摘　　要：目的研究盐酸多柔比星脂质体体外释放的测定方法。方法选择含5%小牛血清的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)作为释放介质,采用透析法测定脂质体的体外释放度。结果用透析法测定盐酸多柔比星脂质体体外释放度方法可行,体外释放曲线表明脂质体有缓释和长效作用。结论用5%小牛血清的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)作为释放介质的透析法适用于盐酸多柔比星脂质体体外释放度的测定。Objective To study the method of determining the liberation of drug from the liposome of doxorubicin hydrochloride in vitro. Methods To determine the liberation of drug from liposome by dialysis. Phosphate buffer solution （PBS） containing 5% calf serum was used, as the release media. Results The method for the determination of doxorubicin hydrochloride release in vitro from liposome was validated. The release profile in vitro showed the liposome reduced the drug release significantly and prolonged the function duration. Conclusion The method of dialysis, release media is phosphate buffer solution containing 5% calf serum, is suitable for determining the drug release from the liposome of doxorubicin bydrochloride in vitro.
