摘　　要：目的在头孢他啶(A组)、头孢地嗪钠(B组)和头孢唑肟钠(C组)中寻找治疗儿童支气管肺炎的最佳治疗方案。方法采用回顾性研究,对3组治疗方案进行成本-效果分析,同时进行敏感度分析。结果头孢他啶为最佳方案,其次为头孢地嗪钠和头孢唑肟钠。结论敏感度分析与成本-效果分析的结果一致,说明成本-效果分析的结果可信。Objective To select a best therapeutic regimen for Children＇s bronchopneumonia among three kinds of antibiotics： ceftazidime, cefodizime sodium and ceftizoxime sodium. Methods The retrospective study was used to conduct the cost-effectiveness analysis（CEA）, at the same time, the sensitive analysis was performed. Results The best therapeutic regimen was ceftazidime and the rest was cefodizime sodium and ceftizoxime sodium. Conclusion The result of sensitive analysis is in keeping with that of CEA, which indicates the result is believ- able.
