WTO环境下我国西部地区外商投资环境的回顾与反思

摘　　要：自加入WTO以来，我国政府在西部地区吸引外资方面取得了很好的成果，世界各国投资者均以罕见的热情在关注、研究、参与西部大开发，外商投资为我国西部地区经济的发展做出了很大的贡献。笔者通过回顾我国加入WTO以后，西部地区的外商投资环境、外资准入空间、优惠政策，探讨了我国西部地区外商投资环境的突出优势，并对WTO环境下我国西部地区外商投资环境，尤其法律环境进行了反思。Since the entrance into WTO, Chinese government has achieved a great success in absorbing foreign investment into the western part of China. The investors from all over the world, on the other hand, have given much concern to, have studied and have participated, with unprecedented enthusiasm, the development of the west regions. The foreign trade investment has contributed a great deal to the economic development of the west regions of China. This paper, by reviewing the foreign trade investing environment in the west regions, the admittance space of foreign funds, and the preferential policies since China＇s entrance into WTO, discusses the predominant advantages of the legal environment of foreign investment in the west regions of China. The paper also reflects the legal environment of foreign investment in the west regions of China under the circumstances of WTO.
