摘　　要：本文通过对现实案例的采集与分析,发现部分一线警务人员存在着对他人和自我信任感的缺乏,并导致行为异常。针对这些不良的心理及行为问题,本文概括出几种解决信任危机和重建自信的治疗方法,希望对培养和建设现代警务人员队伍做出贡献。This study through the acquisition and analysis of the real cases, found that some front-line police officers lack of sense of trust on themselves and others and which lead to abnormal behavior. Aimed at these psychological and behavioral problems, the paper summarized several treatments to resolve the crisis of trust and rebuild confidence, hoping to have contribution in training and building a modern police force.
