摘　　要：本文从解救人质案件的谈判功能和操作模式着手,初步分析了处置人质危机案件的策略原则和操作方法,并且结合公安实战应用的现实特点,提出了个性化的观点和建议。This paper started from the function of negotiation and the mode of operation in cases of hostage rescue, did a preliminary analysis of the principle of the strategy and method of operation in the disposal of the hostage crisis cases, and put forward personal views and suggestions with the realistic features of the public security actual combat.
