摘　　要：为保护民族民间传统文化,新世纪以来,中央及部分省市相继制订了一些《保护条例》和法规,这些《保护条例》和法规在一定程度上体现了民间文学艺术作品版权保护的政策意图,是民间文学艺术作品版权保护政策的重要实践。Since the new century, in order to protect the national folk traditional culture, both the central government and some provinces and municipalities have respectively formulated some ＂Protection Regulations＂ and laws, which embody the policy intention and important practice to protect the copyright of the folk literary and artistic works to some extent.
