摘 要:目的:评价实时谐波超声造影技术定量分析正常人肾脏灌注的可行性。材料和方法:采用PHILIPS I-U-22超声仪器对45例正常人进行双肾实时超声造影,超声对比剂为SonoVue,每侧肾脏使用剂量为1ml。每次原始数据经过Qlab灌注定量分析软件处理。比较双肾皮质超声灌注的差异,并用TIC曲线对肾脏皮质设置不同感兴趣区域(region of interest,ROI)进行定量灌注参数对比分析。结果:实时超声造影能清晰显示肾脏皮质灌注的过程。左肾与右肾皮质同一灌注参数无显著性差异,不同ROI测得的达峰时间、曲线下降支斜率之间无显著性差异,而曲线下面积、达峰强度绝对值、曲线上升支斜率之间有显著性差异。结论:实时谐波超声造影技术能定量分析肾脏皮质血流灌注的特点,不同的ROI在同一灌注参数的测量上具有一致性。Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility of real time contrast - enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in quantitative analysis of normal renal cortex perfnsion.Materials and Methods: Forty- five healthy volunteers were included in our research, real time contrast - enhanced harmonic imaging of renal blood perfnsion were collected successively, and a time - intensity curve (TIC) was created with system' s Qlab software, SonoVue was used in CEUS, 1 ml for each kidney. All quantitative data were compared between two kidneys and different regions of interest(ROIs) , Results: CEUS enjoyed clear imaging of kidney cortex perfnsion. Compared between two kidneys, there was no statistical difference between quantitative data, Differences in area under curve (AUC) , derived peak intensity(DPI) and slope rate of ascending curve(A)between different ROIs were statistically significant (P 〈 0.005). How- ever the slope rate of descending curve(a), time to peak(TTP) have no statistical difference. Conclusion: CEUS can precisely display the quantitative perfnsion of renal cortex. Perfnsion data of different ROI setting have concordance to some extent.
