摘　　要：目的:总结2型糖尿病、糖尿病酮症酸中毒继发Fournier坏疽的诊断及治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析2型糖尿病、糖尿病酮症酸中毒继发Fournier坏疽患者的主要症状及诊治情况,结合文献对该病的临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后进行讨论。结果:患者经控制血糖、外科清创、抗感染等综合治疗后痊愈。结论:早期诊断,良好控制血糖,纠正酸中毒,彻底清创,联合应用抗生素治疗等全身综合治疗,是治愈本病的关键。Objective： To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of Fournier＇s gangrene complicated by diabetes mellitus type 2 and diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods： The patient＇s main symptoms, diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Then, the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis were discussed referring to literature. Results： Patients have been healed after comprehensive treatment comprising blood sugar control, debridement, anti-infection, etc. Conclusion： The key to healing Foumier＇s gangrene is early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment including control of blood sugar well, correction of acidosis, thorough debridement, joint use of antibiotics, etc.
