温针结合电针治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较温针结合电针与单纯电针治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:将83例特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组运用温针加电针治疗,对照组运用单纯电针治疗,30天后观察两组疗效。结果:治疗总有效率观察组为90.5%,对照组为73.2%,两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温针结合电针治疗特发性面神经麻痹效果优于单纯电针治疗。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of needle warming therapy combined with electroacupuncture on the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis （ IFP ）, and to compare with the therapeutic effect of simple electroacupuncture. Methods： 83 patients with IFP were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with needle warming therapy combined with electroacupuncture. The control group was treated with simple electroacupuncture. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed after 30 days of therapy. Results： The total therapeutic effect rate of the observation group was 90.5%; while that of the control group was 73.2%. There were significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Needle warming therapy combined with electroacupuncture was more therapeutically effective for patients with idiopathic facial paralysis than simple dectroacupuncture.
