带蒂大网膜包肾术对肾小球硬化大鼠残余肾组织的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨带蒂大网膜包肾术对肾小球硬化大鼠残余肾组织的影响,采用单侧肾切除加二次注射阿霉素制备肾小球硬化大鼠模型,称取体质量,检测血尿素氮、肌酐等,随机分为模型组、带蒂大网膜包肾术治疗组、正常对照组。应用光学显微镜(包括HE、PAS染色),电镜以观察肾组织病理学改变。带蒂大网膜包肾术可降低血尿素氮;带蒂大网膜包肾术治疗的大鼠肾组织病理改变有明显改善。结论带蒂大网膜包肾术可减轻肾小球硬化大鼠肾损伤。To investigate the effect of pedicled omental packing on remnant renal tissue following glomerulosclerosis rats the rats were randomized into normal control group, glomerulosclerosis group, and glomerulosclerosis rats treated with pedicled omental packing surgery as pedicted omental packing group, glomerulosclerosis group induced by unilateral nephrectomy and injection of adriamycin, After 12 weeks of treatment as indicated, the remnantne-phrotic tissue was examined under optical and electron microscopes, the their blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serumcreatinine （Scr） ,and body weight were measured. Glomerulosclerosis rats at the end of the 12th weeks after the operation compared with those in glomerulosclerosis group, the plasma BUN levels in pedicled omental packing group were significantly lower. The pathological changes of pedicled omental packing group was significantly improved after treatment with pedicled omental packing. Pedicled omental packing can reduce renal damage in rats with glomerulosclerosis.
