摘　　要：目的:探讨宁夏川区平罗和山区隆德两县新型农村合作医疗正常孕妇顺产付费标准及宁夏新型农村合作医疗正常孕妇顺产付费机制的建立。方法:利用系统随机抽样的方法抽取宁夏川区平罗县和山区隆德县新型农村合作医疗从2005年1月～2006年12月正常孕妇顺产补偿费用资料,平罗县抽取10%,有效例数263例,隆德县抽取30%,有效例数256例。用秩和检验、χ2检验进行统计分析。结果:①川区平罗县正常孕妇顺产住院费用标准:乡级医院建议为409.00元,县级医院有侧切术建议为878.00元,无侧切术建议为678.00元。②山区隆德县顺产住院费用标准:乡级医院建议为244.00元,县级医院有侧切术建议为532.00元,无侧切术建议为441.00元。结论:宁夏正常孕妇顺产付费标准应分川区和山区两种模式,乡级和县级医院两个等级,县级分有侧切术和无侧切术两级制定。Objective： To discuss the standard of expense of single disease eutocia of new rural cooperative medical service in Pingluo and Longde county, and to explore the system of expense of single disease of new rural cooperative medical service in Ningxia. Methods： Collecting the data that were the cost of hospitalization of eutocia patient compensated from new rural cooperatives medical service in Pingluo and Longde county by using the systemic random sampling from January, 2005 to December, 2006. There were 10% of all data, the 263 effective samplings from pingluo county, there were 30% of all data, the 256 effective samplings from Longde county , which were analyzed by using the rank sum test and x^2 test. Results： ①Standard of expense for single disease eutocial in pingluo county： the expense was suggested 409.00 Yuan in township level hospital, the expense with surgery was suggested 878.00 Yuan, the expense of non - surgery was suggested 678.00 Yuan in county hospital. ②standard of expense for single disease eutocial in Longed county： The expense was suggested 244. 00 Yuan in township level hospital; the expense with surgery was suggested 532. 00 Yuan, the expense of non - surgery was suggested 441.00 Yuan in county hospital. Conclusion： The standard of expense for eutocia should be divided into two kinds of patters of city area and mountainous area , two levels of the county and the township hospital in every patter. The county hospital should be divided into two levels of the surgery and non - surgery in Ningxia.
