摘  要:目的:研究超声波是否对早孕期胚胎发育产生不利影响,为产科临床使用多普勒提供依据。方法:对早孕7~8周拟做人工流产的患者分别于多普勒检查前、后取绒毛组织做电子显微镜检查。结果:1min组绒毛超微结构未见明显变化,而3min组7例中有5例、10min组5例中有3例可见超微结构的变化,与1min组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),而3min与10min组间相比其差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:超声对绒毛细胞的超微结构具有一定影响,但仅局限在合体细胞滋养层的细胞膜,这种形态改变是否伴有功能改变尚有待于今后深入研究。Objective: Ultrasonic examination is one of most common diagnostic technique in department of gynecology and obstetrics. This research tries to identify that whether ultrasonic examination has adverse effect with ultra microstructure of chorlne under electron microscope. Methods: All cases were early trimester of pregnancy whose planed to induced abortion. All of them were assigned into 3 groups. They received ultrasonic examination and obtained tissue of villous at pre and after Doppler examination Cases of group 1 received Doppler examine lminute, cases of group 2 received 3 minutes and group 3 received 5 minutes, All the tissues were surveyed under electron microscope. Results: There were no change in ultra microstructure among the cases who received Doppler examine within 1 minute. There were 5/7 cases among 3 minutes and 3/5 cases among 5 minutes found change in ultra microstructure. Conclusion: Doppler can change ultra microstructure of chorine. The changing appear in syncytiotrophoblast, If this changing with function disorder need to study.
