解脲支原体感染患者早孕绒毛MMP_9和TIMP_1蛋白的原位杂交检测

摘　　要：目的:探讨解脲支原体感染对早孕绒毛表达MMP9和TIMP1蛋白的影响。方法:收集生殖道解脲支原体感染女性患者的早孕绒毛组织采用原位杂交法从RNA水平检测其MMP9和TIMP1的表达。结果:正常妊娠时MMP9和TIMP1蛋白在早孕绒毛中呈强阳性表达,而胚胎绒毛组织解脲支原体感染者其早孕绒毛中MMP9和TIMP1蛋白表达减弱,差异有显著性(P<0.05),其MMP9/TIMP1比值显著小于正常妊娠时的比值,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:解脲支原体感染状态下能对早孕绒毛中MMP9和TIMP1蛋白表达造成影响,使其MMP9/TIMP1比值显著降低,从而对早孕绒毛滋养细胞侵蚀力造成影响。Objective： To investigate the impact of infection of Ureplasm urealyfium （Uu） on the expression of MMP9 and TIMP1 in the villus tissue during early pregnant stage. Methods： The villus tissues of the pregnancies were collected during their early pregnant stage （28 cases of asymptomatic infection of Uu） for in situ hybridization to examine the expression of MMP9 and TIMP1. Results： MMP9/TIMP1 were strongly expressed in the villus of normal pregnancy while those were weaker in the villus of asymptomatic infection of Uu （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The ratios of MMP9/TIMP1 were also decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ） between the normal pregnancy and the asymptomafic infection of Uu. Conclusion： Infection of Uu have markedly effect on the expression of MMP9 and TIMP1 in trophoblasts of pregnancies during their early gestation, it can decrease the ratio of MMP9/TIMP1 and affect the invasive function.
