摘  要:利用甘蔗热带种与甘蔗近缘野生种滇蔗茅远缘杂交获得F_1,再与优良栽培种回交获得BC_1对滇蔗茅进行了种质创新利用研究。结果表明:通过种质创新后,滇蔗茅植株较矮、茎细、锤度低的不良特性,容易被改良,且它们的BC_1具有高产潜力,并通过杂交真实性、抗旱、抗锈病鉴定,获得一些抗旱强、高抗锈病的优良真实杂交种,为进一步选育含有滇蔗茅血缘的高产、高糖、抗旱、抗锈病的优良新品系和品种奠定了良好的基础。Progress of Erianthus rockii germplasm innovation and use was reported in this paper. Erianthus rockii F1 was obtained through distant crossing between Saccharum officinarum and Erianthus rockii, and Erianthus rockii BC1 was obtained through backcrossing Erianthus rockii F1 and good cultivares. The results showed that Erianthus rockii characteristics of short plants and thin stalks as well as low sucrose content were easy to be improved through germplasm innovation, and Erianthus rockii BC1 have high yield potential. Some true hybrids with strong drought-resistant, high rust-resistant had been obtained through appraisal. It might be contributed for selecting some superior new strains and varieties of high yield, high sucrose content, droughtresistant, rust-resistant with consanguinity of Erianthus rockii.
