三七总皂苷对兔腹主动脉粥样硬化防治作用的超声学评价

摘　　要：目的:采用超声技术评价三七总皂苷(panax notoginseng saponins,PNS)对兔腹主动脉粥样硬化的防治作用。方法:日本大耳兔18只随机分成对照组、模型组(AS组)和药物组(PNS组)。对照组饲以基础饲料,AS组及PNS组饲以高脂饲料。PNS组给予PNS45mg/kg(ig,1次/日)。于喂养前及12周分别检测血脂及超声检查腹主动脉,观察内中膜厚度(IMT)及斑块形成情况。12周后处死动物,取其腹主动脉进行病理学检查。结果:超声显示PNS组IMT增厚较AS组明显减轻(p<0.01),斑块数量也较AS组少。血脂检测PNS组血脂水平较AS组显著降低(p<0.01)。结论:PNS对AS有明显的防治作用,超声检查是评价PNS对AS的防治作用的简单、无创、可靠的指标。Objective： To evaluate the effects of panax notoginseng saponins （PNS） on experimental atherosclerosis in rab.bits with the ultrasound technology. Methods： Eighteen Japanese white rabbits were divided into three groups randomly, i.e. control group, atherosclerosis group （AS group） and PNS therapeutics group （PNS group）. All the animals were fed with high-cholesterol diet except that in control group, PNS （45 mg/kg） was administrated to rabbits in PNS group once a day. The initial-medial thickness （1MT） of abdominal aortic posterior wall and the plaque were measured with ultrasound technique before or after 12 weeks feeding. And the level of blood lipid was detected with enzymic methods. Animals were killed after 12 weeks and abdominal aortas were prepared for pathology exam. Results： All the IMT, plaque number and the serum lipids increased significantly in AS group when compared with control group, The IMT and the plaque number decreased significantly in PNS group when compared with AS group （p〈0.01）. The serum levels of TG, TC and LDL-C decreased markedly in PNS group when compared with AS group with the level of HDL-C no change in all group. Conclusions： PNS have the prevention and cure effects on experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits. Ultrasound technique is a simple and reliable method to evaluate the therapeutic effects on atherosclerosis.
