摘 要:新鲜液体保存血小板,最长时间仅为5天,而冰冻保存血小板明显延长了血小板保存期限,满足了临床急症出血病人的需要。冰冻保存可能是维持生物细胞、组织活性的最理想的方法之一,也是许多研究人员目前致力研究的方向。然而血小板以其寿命短、易激活、不稳定等特殊生物学特性,使这一方法的具体实施困难重重。至今冰冻保存血小板领域仍有许多问题未得到共识,关于它的应用和操作等仍在探讨与优化之中。这些研究结果表明血小板的冰冻保存可应用于将来的血库和临床输血。为了有效地保护血小板,适应临床需求,必须充分了解这一点。本文对冰冻血小板国内外研究进展作了综述。The preservation of platelets in the fresh fluid is no more than five days, while storage life of platelets in cryopreservation is obviously extended, which will meet the needs of clinical emergency bleeding. People have been constantly searching for a method storing platelets for a long time. Cryopreservation is the best way to keep activeness of biology cell and tissue,to which a lot of scholars are devoting themselves at present, although lots of difficulties are to be faced,such as unusual special bionomics of platelets short life ,easy activation and instability. Researchers haven't reached agreement on cryopreservation of platelets. But the research findings showed that cryopreservation of platelets would be applied to transfusion medicine in future. The progress of research on cryopreservation ofplatelets at home and abroad was reviewed in this paper .
