摘　　要：“两廊一圈”是指2004年5月由越南政府总理潘文凯提出，10月由中越两国政府联合公报同意合作建设的南宁—河内—海防—广宁经济走廊、昆明—河内—海防经济走廊和环北部湾经济圈。在地理上包括两大块区域：一是指昆明到河内与南宁到河内两线及其周边地区；二是指环北部湾地区。中越“两廊一圈”合作是经济全球化与区域经济一体化背景下的产物，目的在于通过区域合作实现共赢。The article discusses the role Hainan plays in the regional economic cooperation in the＂two corridors one circle＂area as well as the ways of Hainan＇s participation by analyzing the characteristics of the development of the＂two corridor one circle＂and the challenges and opportunities of the trade between Hainan and Vietnam.
