摘　　要：通过对纺织机械铸铁件生产中粘土湿型砂应用情况进行总结,分析了铸造生产中粘土湿型砂性能稳定对保证铸件质量的重要性,阐明了旧砂温度和气温、空气湿度等环境因素对型砂性能稳定和控制方面的影响,提出了提高和稳定型砂性能的具体措施。The author sums up the condition of the green molding clay sand in producing spinning and weaving machinery iron casting, analyses the significance of the stable molding sand properties to the quality of casting, expounds the influence of old sand temperature and environmental factors, such as air temperature and air humidity on the stabilizing and controlling the sand properties and puts forward the concrete measures to improve and stabilize the properties of sand.
