摘 要:稻米品质是水稻育种的重要目标之一,越来越受到育种工作者与消费者的关注。2000年以来,江苏省的粳稻品质改良取得了显著成绩,育成了48个品质达国际三级优质稻谷标准以上的优质粳稻新品种。本文通过对近年来江苏省粳稻品质改良现状的回顾,总结成功经验,分析存在问题,并结合作者的育种实践,提出江苏省粳稻品质改良的对策,应在重视外观品质改良的基础上,特别重视食味品质和抗性的改良,提高江苏粳稻品种的综合丰产性。Grain quality, one of the main targets of rice breeding, has been paid great attention by rice breeder and consumer. Since 2000, great progress has been made in the improverment of grain quality in japonica rice breeding. A total of 48 japonica rice varieties with grain quality above the third class of National Standard for High Quality have been developed in Jiangsu province. This paper reviewed the current status of grain quality improvement for japonica rice in Jiangsu, sum up the successful experiences and analysed some problems existed. The strategy for improving grain quality of japonica rice in Jiangsu was put forward : paying more attention to improving taste quality and resistance to stripe virus and balst as well as to the appearance quality, so as to raise the comprehensive yielding abilities.
