上海区属国有企业法人治理结构的现状分析

摘　　要：上海区属国有企业公司治理、特别是董事会的建设还刚刚起步。文章根据上海区属国有企业的问卷调查,对上海区属国有企业的行业分布情况、所有权情况和法人治理结构中董事会与监事会建设的现状给予了比较全面的描述。同时,文章通过与OECD要求的比较,着重对区属国有企业董事会建设中的问题和成因进行探讨分析。The corporate governance of state-owned enterprises affiliated with the district and county in Shanghai has only just begun, especially in board of directors of corporation. According to a sampled questionnaire survey to state-owned enterprises affiliated with the district and county in Shanghai, this paper paints a full picture of their profession, ownership and corporate governance and puts the main emphasis on analysis of the questions about board of directors in comparison with demands of OECD.
