摘　　要：文章通过对微观经济活动过程中科技创新的具体内容分析,试图探讨一种测量不同地区经济增长中科技创新含量的方法标准。为了达到这个目标,文章建立了一套较为完整的理论分析模式与指标体系,通过统计检验的结果,证明这套理论分析模式与指标体系具有一定的可靠性与有效性,这就为定义、测量与评价不同地区经济增长中科技创新含量的内在具体内容提供了一个较为全面的衡量标准,同时也为从宏观层面上计算科技创新对经济增长的贡献率提供了一个微观基础方面的补充与支持。Through the analysis of the concrete content of knowledge and technology in the process of microeconomic activity, this article intends to discuss the measurement of knowledge and technology innovation content of different area＇s economic growth. In order to do this, the author sets up an analytical model and an effective index system to taken the knowledge and technology innovation content of the process of microeconomic activity. From the result of statistics it approves reliable and valid. So it provides a method and standard to define and gauge the knowledge and technology innovation content of different area＇s economic growth. It is the first step to solve the other problems of knowledge and technology management in the process of macro-economic development.
