摘　　要：文章分析了我国文化事业财政支出结构,发现文化财政支出存在不利于文化发展的结构问题:如总量不足、区域不平衡,针对这些问题,提出加大文化财政投入并对中西部地区和农村倾斜,以优化文化财政支出结构,实现我国文化大发展大繁荣的目标。This paper analyzed the fiscal expenditure structure of Chinese culture industry, found some problems concerning fiscal expenditure of culture industry, which are disadvantageous to the cultural development, such as insufficiency of the total amount and imbalance among regions in fiscal expenditure. Finally, some suggestions are proposed to optimize fiscal expenditure structure of culture industry and to achieve great development and great flourish of Chinese culture, including increasing the cultural fiscal support from government and more to the middle and west China.
