论欧元区TARGET清算系统的演进与特征

摘　　要：文章在分析欧元区银行间清算体系演进和研究TARGET系统特征的基础上,指出TARGET系统基本上结束欧元区支付体系各国各自为政的分割局面。同时,作为银行间跨国清算的基础设施,TARGET系统又为货币区金融经济一体化程度的进一步加深创造了必要的条件。On the basis of analysis on the evolution of inter-bank settlement system and study on feature of the TARGET in Euro Area, the paper points out that separation of settlement of inter-bank in Euro Area has roughly come to an end by the implement of TARGET. Meanwhile, as the infrastructure of inter-bank settlement across Euro countries, TARGET has laid the necessary conditions for the further financial and economic integration in the monetary area,
