摘 要:在SiO2/Al2O3理化陶瓷材料中加入5~30wt%的β'-Sialon粉料,于1280℃~1360℃、保温1~2h、氧化气氛下烧成,制备了理化陶瓷材料。研究了β'-Sialon粉料加入量、烧成温度和保温时间等工艺条件对材料的显气孔率、体积密度、抗折强度、热膨胀系数、抗热震性、物相组成、显微结构的影响,并按数字等级评价标准对复合材料物理性能进行了评价。研究结果表明,加入20%的β'-Sialon粉料制备的理化陶瓷材料的综合评估指数最小,具有相对优良的物理性能;具有相对较好的显微结构;平均线热膨胀系数(25℃~1000℃)α=4.399×10-6℃-1;加热1100℃循环水冷3次热震无炸裂,抗折强度衰减幅度小于对比样;主晶相为莫来石相和Sialon相。但引入β'-Sialon粉料对理化陶瓷材料的常温物理性能会产生不良的影响。β′-Sialon/SiO2/Al2O3 composite was prepared by burning SiO2/Al2O3 rationalize ceramic material which contained 5- 30wt% β′-Sialon powder lot at 1280℃- 1360℃ for lh or 2h. The effect of β′-Sialon addition, sintering temperature and holding time and other technological conditions on material' s apparent porosity, bulk density, flexural strength, thermal expansion coefficient, thermal shock resistance, phase composition and microstructure of composite were researched. And Physical properties of composite were evaluated by numeral rating evaluation criterion. The results indicated that the general evaluation index of rationalize ceramic material prepared by 20% β′-Sialon powder lot added was least, possessing good Physical properties, microstructure, mean line thermal expansion (25℃~1000℃ ) α =4.399× 10^-6℃^-1, No crackled after three times thermal shock at 1100℃ and the flexural strength percentage loss of composite were lower than the contrast sample. The host crystal phases were Praguite phase and Sialon phrase. But introduced β′- Sialonpowder lot had harmful effect on physical properties of rationalize ceramic material at room temperature.
