摘 要:胰岛素受体和胰岛素信号蛋白在全身大多数组织中广泛表达,并具有重要的生物学效应。对其在视网膜中枢神经系统作用的研究远远落后于外周组织。最新研究显示,在视网膜及中枢神经系统中,胰岛素信号在细胞的生和发育、抑制细胞凋亡、促进神经发生等方面发挥重要作用。糖尿病时,改变的胰岛素信号亦与糖尿病视网膜病变(D的发生和进展有密切关系。就胰岛素受体信号及其在DR中的作用进行综述。Insulin receptors (IR) and insulin signaling proteins are widely distributed in most tissues of the human body. It play important biological effects in these tissues. However, the relevance of insulin signaling in peripheral tissues has been studied far more extensively than its role in retina and central nervous system ( CNS). A series of late studies indicated that in retina and CNS,insulin signaling has vital role in cell development and survival, apoptosis inhibition and neurogenesis. Retinal insulin signaling changes in diabetes may be related to the development and progression of retinopathy. Therefore, this review summarizes the latest concepts of insulin signaling and its role in diabetic retinopathy.
