摘  要:采用随机区组设计,对3个高世代(T5)的转基因杂交后代及供体亲本进行农艺性状及抗性的分析比较。结果表明,品系BN4和BN8的每穗实粒数、总粒数、结实率均极显著高于对照,品系BN10的每株有效穗数和结实率显著或极显著增加。3个参试品系对白叶枯病的抗性达到3~5级,显著高于对照,纹枯病发病率也明显低于对照;各参试品系对二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟都具有很高抗性,抗虫效果十分显著。因此,综合各品系的农艺性状和产量性状、抗病性和抗虫性,以BN4的表现较好,其次是BN8和BN10。Applying random block design, the agronomic traits and resistance identification of three progenies at high generation(T5)derived from transgenic hybrids and their parents were analyzed and compared in the experiment. The resuits showed that filled grain number per panicle, total grain number and seed setting rate of selected lines BN4 and BN8 were significantly higher than those of the control; the effective panicle number and seed setting rate of line BN10 was significantly or remarkably significantly increased. The bacterial leaf blight resistance of the three selected lines was up to 3-5 grades and significantly higher than that of the control, and the incidence rate of sheath blight was also obviously lower. Moreover, all selected lines had high resistance to Chilo suppressalis and Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, and had significant effects on resistant to pests in field. Therefore, according to the performance of agronomic and yield characters and the resistance to disease and insect pests, BN4 showed the best, followed by BN8 and BN10.
