摘  要:尖镰孢枯萎病是一种毁灭性土传病害,属于对外检疫对象,其寄主范围广,可以危害100多种植物,目前主要依赖化学药剂防治。文章概述了国内外用于尖镰孢枯萎病生物防治的主要微生物种类及其生防机制的研究进展,分析了利用生防菌在尖镰孢枯萎病生物防治方面存在的问题,并提出生防菌与农药复配使用、生防菌与其它拮抗微生物协同互作、提取和纯化生防菌的抗菌物质研制新的生物农药以及构建生防工程菌等对策,以提高对病害的生物防治效果。The root rot of crops caused by Fusarium wilt disease is one of the most dangerous disease,belonged to importing quarantine object. It has a wide host range and damages to more than 100 species of plants. At present, Fusarium wilt disease control is depended largely on chemicals, The research progress of the major microbe species and mechanisms of antagonists for biological control of Fusarium wilt disease were summarized at home and abroad, The problem in biological prevention and control of Fusarium wilt disease by bacteria were andlyzed. Some counterasures were put forward to enhnee the biological prevention effects on the diseases, which include: biological prevention bacteria co-operated with pesticides and other antagonism microbes, extracting and purifying antibacterial substances to develope new biological pesticides, culturing biological prevention engineering bacteria etc.
