摘  要:对种植于广西全州白宝岩溶丘陵的梨树进行不同时期、不同深度和不同用量的多元生物有机肥施用试验,比较其对果实大小和品质的影响效果。结果表明:梨果实开始膨大期施用多元生物有机肥可增大果实、提高果实可溶性固形物含量、糖酸比值和维生素C含量;果实开始膨大期于25cm深度施肥综合效果较好;果实营养积累期以15cm深度施肥效果较好;果实开始膨大期+营养积累期以25cm深度施肥的果实糖酸比值较高;多元生物有机肥无论在果实开始膨大期、果实营养积累期,还是在果实开始膨大期+果实营养积累期每株施肥2kg均可提高果实糖酸比值,获得较好的果实风味。An application trial on different stages, different depths and different dosages of multielement biolgical organic fertilizer was conducted in pear tree growing in the karst hill area in Baibao Town, Quanzhou County of Guangxi to study their effects on the quality of pear fruit. The results showed that the size of pare fruit could be enlarged and the soluble solid content, the ratio of TS: TA and vitamin C content also could be increased when the multielement biological organic fertilizer was used at the beginning of fruit enlarging stage. There is a preferably integrative effect with the depth of 25cm fertilizing at the beginning of fruit enlarging stage, while it is better with the depth of 15cm fertilizing at the fruit nutrition accumulation stage, and the ratio of TS:TA is higher with the depth of 25cm fertilizing at the beginning of fruit enlarging stage + fruit nutrition accumulation stage. The ratio of TS:TA could be increased and better flavor could be obtained no matter the fertilizer was used at the beginning of fruit enlarging stage, or the fruit nutrition accumulation stages, or the beginning of fruit enlarging stage + fruit nutrition accumulation stage.
