摘　　要：分析广西12个市级农科所目前所存在的问题,提出5类可供选择的发展定位,并提供加强队伍建设,提高科研水平;实行企业化运作,增强经济发展后劲;强化政策支撑,努力进入区域产业技术创新体系等8条政策建议,认为:选择适合当地的发展模式,提高技术创新能力,努力发展成为区域现代农业产业技术体系中的一员,是广西各市农科所今后发展的总方向。The problems existed in 12 research institutes of agricultural sciences in local cities were analyzed. Five alternative development orientations and eight suggestions were pointed out which include strengthening the development of personnel, enhancing research level, operationing in enterprisation, enhancing the economic development potential, strengthening the policy supporting and entering hard to enter the regional industry technology innovation system. It is suggested that the direction of local city＇ s research institute of agricultural sciences should lead to is to select the suitable development way to enhance the technology innovation ability and to enter the industry technology system of regional modern agriculture.
