摘　　要：五四运动中陆续成立的上海各马路商联会组织和动员广大中、下层商人以同盟罢市、函电抗争、捐助款项等多种方式参与了五卅运动,表达了对学生爱国行动的一种有力声援,造成了一种有利于对外交涉的舆论环境,在一定程度上解除了工人、学生的后顾之忧,使得斗争能在相当长的一个时期内坚持下来,成为上海各商人组织中政治性格最为鲜明的街区性团体。本文认为,五卅运动中的罢市是一种斗争手段,开市是一种策略选择,罢市与开市之争,不应作为资产阶级上层和中下层的分际线,更不能作为资产阶级反抗帝国主义斗争坚定与否的标志。The Streets Business Leagues of Shanghai which were established one after another in the May 4th Movement organized and mobilized broad masses of middle and lower classes of businessmen to participate in the May 30 Movement by the means of strike in alliance.sending telegrams for resisting,contributing money and so on. They expressed a powerful support to students＇ patriotic action, created a public opinion environment which was helpful to negotiate with foreigners, partly eliminated the concerns of workers and students, enabled the struggle to succeed for quite a long time. Therefore, the Streets Business Leagues of Shanghai became a neighbourhood group with the most distinctive political character among all kinds of business organizations in Shanghai. The article concluded that, in the May 30 Movement, strike was a method of struggle while business reopening was a strategic choice, the dispute between strike and business reopening should not be regarded as the line of middle and lower classes of bourgeois, not to mention the criterion of whether the bourgeois＇ struggle again imperialism was strong or not.
