摘 要:目的研究云芝、丹参有效成分抗肿瘤作用及其免疫调节机制。方法建立EAC荷瘤小鼠,并随机分为6组,连续给药30d后,测定其抑瘤率、脾脏指数、胸腺指数以及外周血淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+。结果运用单因素方差分析进行统计学分析。结果云芝、丹参对肿瘤均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01);云芝+丹参组胸腺指数高于NS对照组(P<0.05),各用药组胸腺指数明显高于阿霉素对照组(P<0.05);外周淋巴细胞分群:云芝组,云芝+丹参组CD3+、CD4+百分率高于NS对照组(P<0.05);各用药组CD3+、CD4+百分率明显高于阿霉素对照组(P<0.05);除云芝+丹参+阿霉素组外,各用药组CD4+/CD8+比值高于NS组(P<0.05),明显高于阿霉素组(P<0.01)。结论云芝、丹参具有明显的抗肿瘤作用和免疫调节作用,二者联用对免疫调节有一定协同作用,其抗肿瘤机制可能通过提高免疫力来实现。Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Yunzhi and Danshen on tumor growth and its immunomodulatory mechanism. Methods Mice bearing neoplasm induced by EAC cell inoculation were randomized into 6 groups and received correspond- ing treatment for 30 days. The tumor inhibition rate, the index of thymus and spleen, and the lymphocyte subsets ( CD3^+ , CD4^+ , and CD4^+/ CD8^+) in peripheral blood were calculated, The result was analyzed by one-way ANOVA, Results Yunzhi and Danshen could inhibit the growth of implanted tumor significantly (P 〈 0,01 ), Compared with the NS control group, the thymus index of Yunzhi and Danshen group was significantly increased ( P 〈 0,05 ), The thymus index of each administer group was significantly increased compared with ADM control group ( P 〈 0.05). Compared with NS control group, the percentage of CD3^+ and CD4^+ in Yunzhi and Yunzhi + Danshen groups were significantly improved ( P 〈 0,05) ; the percentage of CD4^+ and CD8^+ in each administer group were significantly improved compared with ADM group ( P 〈0,05). Except Yunzhi + Danshen + ADM group, CD4^+/CD8^+ in each administer group was elevated compared with NS group and ADM group (P〈0.05 and P〈0.01, respectively). Conclusion Yunzhi and Danshen have strong anti-tumor effects and immunomodulatory efficacy, The use of Yunzhi and Danshen displays a certain synergistic effect, and the mechanism of anti-tumor effects may associate with improving of immunity.
