摘 要:目的研究榕产钩吻的生药学特征,建立其生药学鉴别方法与鉴别特征。方法采用植物形态鉴定、显微特征鉴定、理化性质鉴定等手段对榕产的钩吻进行生药学研究。结果榕产钩吻生药学鉴别特征主要有无毛、茎长、叶断面齐、淡黄色花漏斗状聚伞花序、味特异等性状特征,木质部宽广、含大量石细胞等显微特征,以及含有生物碱、紫外灯下呈现鲜亮的天蓝色荧光等理化性质特征,可与相近植物相区别。结论确立了榕产钩吻生药学鉴别方法与鉴别特征。OBJECTIVE The pharmacognostial characteristics of G.Benth.which was collected in Fuzhou were studied to develop methods for recognition and identification of G.Benth. METHODS Macroscopical identification, microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification were used to study the pharmacognosy of G.Benth. RESULTS The pharmacognostial characteristics of G.Benth. in Fuzhou included: the morphological and histological characters derived from hairlessness, long stem, the level transverse section of leaf, the funneled straw yellow flower with cyme, unusual smell etc ; the microscopic characters containing large xylem, cortex loop circuits and a lot of stone cells ect ; the physical and chemical characters such as the existence of alkaloids, bright sky-blue fluorescence under ultraviolet light ect.CONCLUSION The method for recognition and identification of G. Benth. by pharmacognostial characteristics was established.
