紫外分光光度法测定注射用甘氨双唑钠的含量

摘　　要：【目的】采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用甘氨双唑钠的含量。【方法】采用紫外分光光度法在319nm处测定甘氨双唑钠的含量，8h内考察其稳定性。【结果】甘氨双唑钠在5．5～27．5μg／ml浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），在8h内稳定性良好，平均回收率为100．4％，RSD为1．93％（n=9）。【结论】用紫外分光光度法测定注射用甘氨双唑钠的含量操作简便，结果准确。[Objective] To establish a UV spectrophotometry for the determination of the content sodium glycididazol injection [Methods] Content of sodium glycididazol was determined by UV spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 319 nm. [ Results] There was a Linear relationship from 5.5 μg/ml to 27.5 μg/ml. Linear relationship was good （ r = 0.9999） and stable within 8 h. The recovery rate was 100.4%, RSD was 1.93% （n = 9）. [Conclusions] The method is easy and simple to handle, the result is accurate.
